I have locked my ExamStudio User account - Item Authors and Editors (SMEs) only
This article is for Item Authors and Editors who locked their account only. This does not apply to Candidates trying to access exams. Candidates should look in the Frequently Asked Questions area of this support site for assistance with logging in.
The Zoomorphix helpdesk team is not permitted to unlock your account for security reasons. Only the agency administrator for your testing organization is permitted to unlock your user account.
The administrator is automatically notified of the lockout.
Email the administrator directly to request to have your account unlocked.
Once the account is unlocked, you may use the forgot password link to change your password.
Note: If you repeatedly lock out your account or do not receive a reset password email from
support@examstudio.com, , confirm with your Testing Organization Administrator that you have the correct ExamStudio web address (URL).
