A. How do I log in?
Each testing organization has a unique web address (URL) for logging into the ExamStudio candidate dashboard. Access to reset your password can be found on the login page.
Step 1: Email your testing organization to request your login web address.
Step 2 (If needed): Navigate to "Submit a ticket" at the bottom of the page to request the login web address for your testing organization.
B. I did not receive my authorization email (or) I do not have my login credentials.
Step 2: See “A. How do I log in” on this FAQ page.
Step 3a: Email your testing organization to request that they “Email login details.”
Step 3b:
Attempt to log in once your testing organization has generated an ExamStudio email from support@examstudio.com with your login credentials.Step 4 (if needed): Navigate to "Submit a ticket" at the bottom of the page to request that Zoomorphix Support “Emails login details.”
C. What is my username?
Usernames are either 1) your email address or 2) your candidate / member ID for your testing organization.
Step 1a: Email your testing organization to request your username.
Step 1b: Attempt to login again once you have received your username from your testing organization.
Step 2 (if needed): Navigate to "Submit a ticket" at the bottom of the page to request the contact email for your testing organization.
D. I did not receive my password reset email.
Zoomorphix Support is not permitted to provide candidate passwords. Follow the steps below to confirm that your credentials/email are correct in ExamStudio so that you can receive the password reset email.
Step 1b: Try to generate a password reset email again.
Step 2a: Email your testing organization to request that they “Email login details" and to confirm the username in your ExamStudio candidate record.
Note: Provide your testing organization with the email address you are using to access your ExamStudio account so that they can compare it to the email in ExamStudio.
Step 2b: Attempt to log in once your testing organization has generated an ExamStudio email from
support@examstudio.com with your login credentials.
Step 3 (if needed): Navigate to "Submit a ticket" at the bottom of the page to request that Zoomorphix Support “Emails login details.”
